Please call if you are running late, so we can accommodate our schedules accordingly.
We accept all major credit cards and cash. No checks please.
We appreciate a 24 hr notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. You may be subject to pay 50% of the service, for a late cancellation or no show.
As long as your child can wait for you in the lobby without being disruptive to the staff and guests, you are welcome to bring them to your appointment.
We love animals, but unfortunately, we must follow state-board code. Unless you have a registered therapy dog we can't accept pets inside the spa.
Lost and Found
Please do not bring valuables to the spa, as we are not able to take responsibility for items left behind or unattended.
Returns are accepted for unopened items with receipt within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept jewelry returns.
We are unable to service anyone under 18 years old unless accompanied by a parent/guardian.
First Time Clients
Please arrive 5-10 minutes earlier to your appointment since you have to fill out a client intake form.
